Step 1: Compose Your Email

Open your email client and create a new email. Please ensure you are sending the email from the address associated with your FY Prop account to help us verify your identity.

Step 2: Fill in the Details

• To: support@fyprop.com
• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Body: Please include your full name and registered email address in the body of the email. State clearly that you wish for your personal data to be deleted.

Step 3: Send and Wait for Confirmation

Once you send the email, our support team will receive your request. We will process it and may contact you to confirm your identity before proceeding. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
